For Editors
Editors are the driving force behind the success and academic excellence of our journals. Across every discipline we publish, the dedication, insight, and active engagement of our editorial teams are essential in maintaining the integrity, relevance, and quality of the research we share with the world. Editors not only guide the peer-review process but also help shape the vision, development, and scholarly reputation of each journal.
The Division of Scientific Publishing places great value on the contributions of its editorial teams across all journals. We recognize that the growth and credibility of our publishing program are deeply rooted in the expertise and commitment of our editors. This page is designed to offer clear guidance, resources, and ongoing support to ensure your vital work is empowered and your role as a steward of scholarly excellence is fully supported.
Editorial Process, Peer Review, and Production
The editorial process is designed to ensure rigorous evaluation and high-quality publication. Here is a detailed overview of the procedure:
Initial Submission and Screening: Manuscripts are first submitted through our online submission system and undergo an initial screening by the editorial team. This step ensures the submissions meet the journal's scope and basic quality criteria.
Peer Review: Suitable manuscripts are then sent to expert reviewers for a double-blind peer review. Reviewers provide detailed feedback and recommendations regarding the manuscript's quality, originality, and significance.
Editorial Decision: Based on the reviewers' reports, the editor decides to accept, request revisions, or reject the manuscript. This decision and the reviewers' comments are communicated to the authors.
Revisions and Resubmission: If revisions are required, authors are asked to revise their manuscripts and resubmit them for further evaluation. The revised manuscripts may be returned to the original or new reviewers for additional review.
Production: Once a manuscript is accepted, it enters the production phase, where it undergoes copyediting, typesetting, and proofreading before final publication. The editor ensures that the final manuscript meets all quality standards and is ready for publication.
Open Access
The Division of Scientific Publishing, ACE College for Women, is firmly committed to the principles of open access. All journals published under our division follow an open access model, ensuring that scholarly research is freely available to the global academic community without subscription or access barriers. This approach enhances the visibility, reach, and impact of the work we publish, fostering inclusive knowledge-sharing and supporting the advancement of science across disciplines.
